Information you provide to me

Sharing information about your health or personal life is entirely voluntary. Please share only what you are comfortable with.

Payment information

Booking and payment for a session must be completed in advance. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”). You enter your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details directly on Razorpay’s secure checkout. I do not see, collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or OTP. I receive only limited transaction details from Razorpay: your name, email and phone number, order ID, payment ID, amount, date and time, payment method type and payment status (successful, failed or refunded).

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Website, standard technical data may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and time spent. This helps keep the Website secure and working properly.

How We Use Your Information

Payments Through Razorpay

• All online payments on this Website are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, which acts as an independent processor of your payment data.
• Razorpay’s handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy: https://razorpay.com/privacy/.
• Payment data is transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and processed on PCI DSS compliant infrastructure.
• Razorpay may share information with banks, card networks, UPI providers and other financial institutions to complete the transaction, prevent fraud and meet regulatory requirements. I do not control this processing.
• Refunds, where applicable, are credited to the original payment method through Razorpay as set out in my Cancellation and Refund Policy.
•  If a payment fails, or your account is debited but the booking is not confirmed, email healerkoru@gmail.com with your transaction ID so I can resolve it with Razorpay.

Who I Share Your Information With

  I share personal data only where needed to run my services, and only with:

• Razorpay – payment processing and refunds
• Google – Google Forms (bookings), Gmail (email) and Google tools used for site verification and analytics
• WhatsApp (Meta) – where you contact me, or I contact you, on WhatsApp
• Website hosting, security and WordPress plugin providers – to keep the Website running
• Accountants or professional advisers – where needed for tax or compliance
• Government, courts or law-enforcement authorities – where required by law or a valid legal order

 Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside India. I rely on them to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

Confidentiality of Sessions

What you share during consultations and sessions is treated as confidential. I do not disclose your session content, birth details or personal questions to anyone, except as described in this Policy or where required by law. Sessions are not recorded unless I tell you beforehand and you agree.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. Please also protect your own devices and accounts.
